We're looking for a diligent and focused Customer Success/Sales Support agent, who's looking to supercharge their career progression within a London-based SME.

ABOUT YOU:



Working alongside our Funding Team, the perfect person for this role will be comfortable collaborating with team members, whilst also being adept at working independently and proactively managing their workload (tracking, reporting and managing active client accounts).

Empathy, assertiveness, organisational skills, and a high EQ are paramount for this position, as the role is both people facing and administrative.

We require the successful candidate to communicate with clients regularly (via phone and email), chasing for updates, providing necessary documentation and end-to-end client support. You will also be responsible for preparing contracts/agreements, building relationships and managing complex queries.

You must be able to demonstrate strong attention to detail - the accuracy and quality of documentation produced, information provided and records maintained are of the upmost importance to achieving successful outcomes. As such, our new team member will need to have strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal), as well as experience working with a CRM system.
