Role Overview
We're currently hiring for talented
English & Spanish Speaking
Customer Support Agents
to join our growing team!
As a Customer Support Agent, you'll be the frontline hero, delivering friendly, accurate, and timely support via phone, live chat, email (and more) to customers of global brands!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer enquiries via customer support channels including email, phone & live chat.
Provide outbound customer support including sales voice calls.
Use client Knowledge Bases to provide accurate, clear information about products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, maintaining a positive customer experience.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Help build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base by documenting common concerns.
What We're Looking For:
Speaking fluent Spanish is a requirement for the role
Proven customer support or related experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Familiarity with VOIP phone systems is a plus.
Experience with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk and Intercom
Strong problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working weekday and weekend hours (subject to project brief)
