Customer Support Administrator - Income Team




Location:

London Campus, QA Higher Education


Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm

What you'll do:




Be the first point of contact for students via phone, email, and in-person drop-ins.

Assist with tuition fee payments, grants, and instalment plans, ensuring timely collections.

Handle change of circumstances requests and support credit control processes.

Maintain accurate sales ledger records and build strong relationships with students to guide them through payment options.

What we're looking for:




Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.

Strong IT proficiency, plus solid literacy and numeracy skills.

Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented and methodical approach to tasks.
