9:00am-5.00pm (5 days over 6 on a flexible rota basis)

Permanent, Full-time

Salary:

24,100 - per annum (circa 30,000 pa after bonuses)

Customer Support Administrator - Stairlift Department (Stapeley, Cheshire)



Join our friendly and growing stairlift department, where you will help customers maintain their dignity and independence. Full in-house training is provided, and there are opportunities to progress within the company.

What You'll Do



Handle customer enquiries about stairlifts and related products via incoming and outgoing calls and emails Organise, issue, and follow up on quotations to ensure customers have all the information they need Schedule and manage engineers' diaries for surveys, installations, maintenance visits, and breakdowns Provide telephone support, including basic fault-finding and troubleshooting Maintain accurate customer and job records using internal computer systems Work closely with internal departments and the stock team to support daily operations Ensure the correct stock is allocated and reserved for installations, repairs, and reconditioned products Support the smooth processing of customer orders, return visits, and follow-up appointments Complete administrative tasks, including reminder letter mailouts and general correspondence

Excellent customer service skills Strong communication and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Confident problem-solver, happy working with all levels of staff Team player who can work under deadlines Flexible, organised, and able to multitask
