We are currently looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join our Customer Service team. This is a Fixed Term contract of 12 months to cover Maternity Leave.

From Roof Racks to van locks, we do it all! All made in Devon, here at the Exeter Airport Business Park and distributed from Greendale Business Park.

Annual salary of 26,079 per annum + up to a 5% Monthly Bonus after successful completion of probation No weekend shifts (who doesn't love that!) Each day, you'll be:

Responsible for providing excellent customer service both to direct customers & existing trade partners and the timely and accurate processing of orders and accompanying tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager. You will:

Manage enquiries received through telephone, email, in person and through a live chat facility Process orders received by email, telephone, in person & through our website (from both trade and retail customers) Process & manage orders received via customer portals Email customer VAT invoice receipts Provide consignment tracking details To manage and communicate delivery exceptions To log customer enquiries using our internal CRM system
About you:

You will be an organised, friendly, and outgoing person You will thrive in a multi-tasking environment and be able to adjust your priorities as needed. You will be self-motivated and have a willingness to get stuck in. You will have the confidence and ability to talk to colleagues in different departments, and at various levels within the business. You will work as part of a team, working closely together to deliver an exceptional service. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
