What You'll Do

Support customers across multiple products, across the whole globe Diagnosing faults and testing bugs Create bug reports for development to investigate Provide solutions and work-arounds for customer issues Manage your own ticket queue in a timely manor Handle incoming calls, chats and tickets Create helpdesk material for customer self service

The Perks

25 days holiday + bank holidays with an option to buy additional holidays. Flexible working - office and remote. Full-time, permanent role (40 hours/week). Company-wide incentives Allowance's and Overtime
Working Hours

We do require a degree of flexibility due to our worldwide customer base. You will work 40 hrs per week with weekend support every 6 weeks required on a rota basis planned in advance. Various shift patterns are required with unsocial hours worked from home.

Pay: From 25,396.80 per year
