What You'll Do:



As a key member of our Customer Support team, you'll take ownership of the full customer order lifecycle -- from order entry through to delivery. Your mission: ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and an exceptional customer experience.

Accurately input and process orders using SAP Liaise with customers via email and phone to resolve queries and provide updates Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Quality, and Logistics to ensure delivery in full and on time (DIFOT) Manage product returns, claims, and shipment bookings Maintain clean, up-to-date customer records in our CRM system Support with general admin where needed

What You'll Bring:



Experience in a customer support or customer service role Working knowledge of SAP and the Order-to-Cash process Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills Confidence using Microsoft Excel and data to inform decisions A proactive, customer-focused mindset and great attention to detail

Hours of Work:



Monday to Thursday: 08:00 until 16:30 Friday: 08:00 until 13:00
You'll be joining a team where every customer interaction counts -- and where your contribution truly matters

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
