Workplace IT is the UK's leading provider of IT Managed Services to the Social Care, Assisted Living and Specialist Education Sector.

We work predominantly with large, Private Sector, Not For Profit and Public Sector owned organisations with multiple locations and people across the UK.

Following continued growth we are looking to recruit a customer support coordinator to focus on answering telephone calls and logging IT support tickets.

The Role:


We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our support team. You'll primary role will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and will accurately log details into our ticketing system.

Key Responsibilities



Answer incoming support calls in a professional and friendly manner. Gather essential information from clients about their IT issues. Accurately log all details into our helpdesk/ticketing system. Communicate clearly with both clients and technical staff. Provide cover for our IT Service Coordinators.

What We're Looking For



Excellent telephone manner and communication skills. Happy to work in an environment which receives around 500 x calls per week Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Prior helpdesk or customer service experience is a plus, but full training will be provided. This role is mainly answering incoming calls and does not require IT support skills.

Package:



Basic Salary: Up to 24,000 per annum. 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday / One hour for lunch. Contributory Pension Scheme Private Health Insurance

Location:



King's Lynn Office with flexibility to work from home when needed.
