Due to expansion we are looking to expand our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate, will have proven experience in customer service, be friendly, smart, professional, punctual with excellent attendance, have a great telephone manner with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Your Main Duties:
Answering calls from inbound customers
Use our bespoke CRM system to complete application forms for customers
Advising customers of Energy Grants available
Connecting the customer to the relevant department
Occasionally you will be required to contact homeowners and update them on their application status. Good communication skills and a polite telephone manner will be required.
We would prefer previous experience in answering telephone calls either within a reception or customer support position. Previous similar roles or experience will be considered.
Full training and support will be given.

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but the right person with a can do attitude is more important
