Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively. Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services based on customer needs.

This is a key position at the heart of our operations. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfilment, delivering top-tier customer service, and supporting day-to-day office needs. What You'll Do



Order Fulfilment Support:

Monitor orders through to dispatch, coordinate with our warehouse team, and keep customers informed.

Customer Communication:

Respond to emails, calls, and messages professionally and promptly, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency.

Office Supplies Management:

Track and order office and pharmacy supplies, liaise with vendors, and manage stock levels.

Debt Collection Support:

Conduct follow-ups on outstanding balances and assist the finance team in maintaining healthy cash flow.

Administrative Support:

Help with document preparation, CRM updates, and basic office tasks.

Warehouse Assistance:

Occasionally support warehousing and inventory management during peak periods.

What We're Looking For



Experience in a customer service or administrative role (experience in healthcare/pharmacy a plus). Strong communication skills--verbal and written--with a professional and friendly tone. A calm, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks. Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Dynamics 365 is a bonus. Great attention to detail and a commitment to accurate record-keeping.

Pay: 23,900.00-24,000.00 per year
