We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services. Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred but not essential.
Strong verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly advantageous (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyse information quickly and effectively problem-solve in high-pressure situations.
Demonstrated ability to upsell products or services during customer interactions is a plus.
A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to assist customers.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
