Job Summary
Reporting to the Cut, Crease & Finishing Manager, we are now looking for a colleague to join our busy Cut & Crease team. This is a key role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining die-cutting machinery to produce high-quality, precision-cut printed materials.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain die-cutting machinery.
Prepare and load materials for production.
Monitor quality and make adjustments as needed.
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Uphold hygiene, safety, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
To positively engage in the

culture on site and follow all Company safety policies, practices, and rules to maintain a safe working environment, always ensuring compliance to any regulatory requirements (e.g. COSHH)
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in die-cutting in a packaging/print/carton manufacturing environment or similar
Machine operating experience (essential)* Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
A good understanding of Health & Safety in a manufacturing setting
Physical Demands of Role
There is a requirement to handle materials, board and die-cutting equipment so you must have the capacity to lift /position these materials into the correct workspace and move materials around as and when required, which is an essential part of the job role.
What we offer:
We operate a 3-shift rotating work pattern working Days, Nights and Late shifts - Monday to Friday - 8 hours per shift with a 30-minute paid lunch break.
