Job Description

With a fleet of 3,000 cycles, our Cycle Centre is a thriving hub and a key part of the Center Parcs experience. Our dedicated team is responsible for ensuring our cycles and equipment are ready to hire out to our guests twice per week.

CYCLE CENTRE ASSISTANT | 12.37 per hour

As part of the Cycle Centre team, you will be required to deliver excellent service to our guests when allocating cycles and selling cycle accessories from the Cycle Centre shop.



This is a practical customer facing role, requiring a cheerful and confident communicator, who would relish the chance to undertake a busy and physically demanding job that's right at the heart of village life.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 64 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. This shifts will fall between 8am and 8pm on Fridays and Mondays.



As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

Good communication skills Ability to perform under pressure Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues Works well in a team

Desirable requirements:

Full driving licence with experience of driving with a trailer Cytech Level 2 qualification or equivalent Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
