Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

D365 Programme Lead

to oversee the delivery of large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation programmes. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex, multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful end-to-end delivery across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 programmes from initiation through to delivery and transition to support Define programme governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting structures Oversee multiple workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Engagement, and integrations Manage programme plans, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies Engage and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery partners Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and system integrators Ensure programme outcomes meet quality standards, timelines, and business objectives Support change management, data migration, testing, and deployment activities Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience as a

Programme Lead / Programme Manager

delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 or ERP transformation programmes Strong understanding of D365 modules (Finance, SCM, CE) and enterprise-scale implementations Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-country or multi-entity programmes Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills Strong knowledge of programme governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications Experience working with system integrators and offshore delivery teams Background in finance, manufacturing, retail, or professional services environments PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, or equivalent programme management certification
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 600.00-750.00 per day
