About the role





We are currently looking for energetic and highly motivated hospitality professionals to join our Dalston Cafe team as Cafe all-rounders.

When you work with us as a Cafe All-rounder, you're not just selling and preparing great coffee in our cafe, you are a brand ambassador for our wholesale business that stretches across London, Europe and the Middle East.



As a Cafe All-rounder your priority will be exceptional customer service, great coffee and an overall fantastic attention to detail.



Responsibilities will include:



Preparation of outstanding coffee

Delivering genuine and efficient service to each and every customer

Advising on and selling retail coffee & accessories

Running food & drinks

Operating efficient table maintenance and service to dine in customers

Opening and closing the cafe



Details:





Hours: 4 shifts per week, 32 hours a week



Days: Weekend availability is essential



Hourly rate: 13.85



Times: The cafe is open between 8-4 Mon-Fri and 9-4 on Saturdays and Sunday.



Probation period: 3 months



Reporting to: Dalston Cafe General Manager



Experience: Our ideal candidate will have experienced in a high volume hospitality environment.
