Key responsibilities
Administration:
Manage student enrollment, maintain student and staff databases, and handle general correspondence.
Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for parents, students, and staff, answering inquiries and providing information.
Event coordination:
Assist in planning and organizing events, recitals, and competitions, including managing logistics like venue arrangements and participant registrations.
Financial management:
Support financial tasks such as invoicing, tracking payments, and maintaining budgets.
Marketing and promotion:
Help create promotional materials and manage social media to increase awareness of the school's programs.
Class coordination:
Help schedule and administer dance classes and support the coordination of class change overs, examinations, and showcases.
