We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. Duties

Plan and deliver high-quality dance lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper technique and movement to students, providing clear instructions and constructive feedback Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment Monitor student progress, maintaining accurate attendance records and progress reports Organise warm-up exercises, choreography, and cool-down routines for each class Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to health and safety guidelines during classes Collaborate with colleagues to develop new programmes, workshops, or special events Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the dance studio or rehearsal space Promote upcoming classes, workshops, or performances through appropriate channels

Experience

Previous experience teaching dance is preferred but not essential; relevant training or certification is advantageous Strong knowledge of various dance styles Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities Enthusiasm for dance with a professional attitude towards instruction and student development A friendly, approachable demeanour combined with organisational skills to manage class schedules effectively
