Job Summary

We are looking for a kind and motivated

Dance Teacher

who truly believes that art -- especially dance -- can heal hearts and empower children.
You'll work with children aged 4-16+ in a warm, creative environment where each child's personality is valued.
You don't need perfect English -- conversational level is OK. We especially welcome

Ukrainian-speaking professionals

who want to grow together with our friendly, passionate team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead group dance classes for children aged 4-16+ Create kind, joyful, movement-based experiences Use creative, inclusive approaches -- especially for shy or neurodivergent children Help children prepare for small performances or events Communicate kindly with parents and team members Be part of a team that sees children as individuals and believes in the power of the arts

Requirements

Experience teaching dance to children (formal or informal) Passion for dance as a healing and expressive art form Friendly, patient, and empathetic personality Ukrainian-speaking preferred Conversational English (enough to work with team and parents) Openness to working in a diverse, creative and inclusive team

Bonus if you have

Experience with charity or community-based projects Experience working with sensitive or neurodivergent children Speak more than one language (Ukrainian, English) Can incorporate elements of storytelling, folk dance, or modern dance forms
