We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging dance classes across various styles, inspiring students of all ages and skill levels. Duties

Plan and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to different age groups and skill levels Demonstrate dance techniques clearly, ensuring students understand and can replicate movements Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence Organise warm-up exercises, cool-down routines, and class activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience Maintain a positive, encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to progress Monitor student attendance and progress, maintaining accurate records of class participation Collaborate with colleagues to develop new programmes and special workshops Ensure all classes adhere to health and safety standards, including COVID-19 guidelines where applicable

Requirements

Proven experience in teaching or performing dance across various styles (e.g., ballet, jazz, contemporary) Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan engaging lessons effectively A friendly, professional demeanour with a passion for fostering a love of dance in others Relevant qualifications or certifications in dance instruction are desirable but not essential; enthusiasm and commitment are key Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning needs and abilities Flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be beneficial but is not mandatory
