Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
Assist in the management of administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation and communication purposes.
Process orders and handle returns or exchanges as necessary.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and resolve issues promptly.
Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
Requirements
Previous office or clerical experience is preferred.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
