Contract type - Open ended, 0.6 FTE (21 hours per week)

We are looking for a Data Administrator for Edinburgh Law School.

The Opportunity:

We are looking to appoint a Data Administrator to join the Communications and Engagement Team at Edinburgh Law School. The post-holder will provide administrative support for the alumni and external relations activities within Edinburgh Law School through the development and maintenance of stakeholder contact and engagement data and the monitoring and reporting on alumni, donor and stakeholder engagement trends.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Demonstrable customer service experience.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good organisational, decision-making, time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Competent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Experience in managing and updating databased and a general understanding of UK GDPR requirements.
