About the role
This full time role sits within our Risk Management team. You will be leading a small team of claims data specialists ensuring funding rule compliance with accurate and optimised claims. You will also work with the Marketing & Projects Director to get the best use from technology options. This position is remote, however we do have a company wide twice yearly in person team CPD event held in central London.
Your Responsibilities as a Team Leader and General
Lead the team of data entry and checking professionals.
Generate data to submit for payment to Department for Education, GLA and other funding bodies.
Verification of data using FRM, DSats, PICS and manual checks.
Administration of EAS claims.
Helping to input data if required.
Role in compliance audits.
Administration of Digital Apprenticeship Service, employer contribution and employer incentives.
Administer GLA Ops system and GLA ILR Gateway
Submit data to YPO/CCS and GCS
Reconciliation of MCV and payments from DfE & GLA to ensure correct funding
Reconciliation of subcontractor payments and sending out statements
Submission of Department for Education declarations and miscellaneous compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Experience in further education claims funding
Strong knowledge of working in the PICS MIS system
Good knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
Able to work with different government online systems
Strong administrative skills
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
Good time management and ability to prioritise
Problem solver
Flexibility
