Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Compliance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role is essential to ensuring the integrity and accessibility of company information. This role offers the potential for progression within the team or wider organisation, depending on performance and business needs. While initially offered on a 12-month fixed-term basis, there is scope for the position to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:



Inputting data from various sources into company databases and systems. Verifying accuracy of data before entry and correcting errors as needed. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Performing regular data audits to ensure consistency and accuracy. Assisting with data cleanup and migration projects. Generating reports and summaries as requested. Collaborating with other departments to ensure data needs are met. Following company procedures and data entry standards.

Skills & Qualifications:



Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong typing skills (speed and accuracy). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management systems. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.

Ad Hoc & General Administrative Tasks:



Scanning, photocopying, shredding and filing documents in line with data protection policies. Supporting the wider team with general office duties as required. Supporting with diary management for the internal team Helping with occasional project-based administrative tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 19,500.00-24,000.00 per year
