Job Description


Whytematter are delighted to be representing an award-winning international design agency with over 30 years market experience. As a mid weight/ senior Data Performance Lead, you will be someone who can gather performance results from different media platforms and relay to the digital where future campaigns need to go. You can strategise the trends you see in the market on where clients should be advertising, how long ads should be, what language to use etc. This role would work closely with the digital team but wouldn\xe2\x80\x99t have the same responsibilities as you will lead into where/how the digital team post and do the evaluations to measure success.
Key Skills

  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to research, organise and analyse complex data.
  • Exceptional skills in extrapolating and interrogating data to create forecasts and identify trends within marketing and advertising.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to challenge existing practices, exercising initiative to identify creative and innovative solutions.
  • Sound problem solving skills with the ability to identify and analyse complex issues and diagnose business solutions independently.
  • Ability to develop and maintain credible relationships.

Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent qualification or experience demonstrating that level of applied knowledge in data management, analysis and report writing and digital.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the theory and principles of data management and analysis.
  • Experience of collating and interpreting complex information.
  • Experience of undertaking complex statistical analysis and detailing findings to a wide range of audiences.
  • Demonstrable evidence of organising and handling large amounts of data, including financial data and KPI information, to produce reports.
  • Demonstrable experience of playing a leading role in the development of improvement initiatives and practical solutions to achieve improvements in service, and of business/systems and contribution to the delivery of such solutions.
  • Highly computer literate with sound IT/ Digital knowledge, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
