Data Quality Administrator (Full-Time) - Larksfield & Arlesey Medical Practice
Larksfield & Arlesey Medical Practice is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data QualityAdministrator to join our friendly, supportive team. This is a key role within the practice, ensuring that patient records on our System One clinical system are accurate, up-to-date and coded in line with our Correspondence Management Policy.
Working closely with our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide high-quality administrative support that helps us deliver safe, efficient and patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Coding & Data Quality
Accurately read-coding and recording clinical information into patients' System One records.
Reviewing incoming clinical correspondence, identifying relevant information, coding appropriately and completing any necessary actions.
Inputting, retrieving and organising data to support practice audits, reports and QOF/ICB requirements.
Correspondence & Record Management
Managing all incoming correspondence, emails and mail in a timely and efficient manner.
Scanning and attaching documents to patient records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to practice protocols.
Filing, storing and maintaining records in line with data protection and confidentiality standards.
Administrative Support
Responding to telephone queries, transferring calls or assisting patients and colleagues as appropriate.
Completing system searches as requested by the clinical team.
Providing general administrative support to GPs, nurses and other clinicians.
Maintaining a clean, organised and effective working environment.
About You
You will need to be organised, accurate and confident using clinical IT systems (System One experience is desirable but training can be provided). You should thrive in a busy environment, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of patient data quality.
