Fresh Direct are currently recruiting for a

Data & Systems Coordinator

to join the team on a Full Time, 12 Month basis.


This role is responsible for managing and coordinating data-related activities to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and availability of data. You will oversee data collection, maintaining databases, and providing analytical support to various departments. As a Data & Systems Coordinator you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data management practices and support business objectives.


Our role is Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm and is offering hybrid working, with 3 days a week in the Bicester office, so you must be within a commutable distance.

Key Responsibilities



Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through regular audits and validation. Generate and interpret data reports, charts, and tables to support decision-making. Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies. Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to improve efficiency and data quality. Work closely with various departments to collect data and fulfill data reporting requirements. Maintain ongoing changes within codes set up or account set up Provide technical assistance to staff and other users on data management tools and systems. Ensure data management practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Routing, accounts and code updates Investigating discrepancies or errors with codes/accounts Creating new log in information for customers within portals Support the S&D analyst in projects and new ERP implementation
