Purpose
To lead the day-to-day operations of the Stroud Hub, delivering high-quality, person-centred support that enables individuals to engage in meaningful activities in a safe and inclusive environment.
Our successful Day Services Coordinator will:
Plan and deliver inclusive activities tailored to service users' needs and preferences.
Supervise and support staff and volunteers, including recruitment and development.
Liaise with families, carers, and professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety and safeguarding policies.
Monitor budgets and contribute to service development.
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in working with adults with learning disabilities or long-term conditions.
Skilled in team leadership and confident in managing complex situations.
Organised, proactive, and solution-focused.
IT literate and comfortable with digital record-keeping.
