We are currently seeking a

Fire Damper Supervisor

to join our dedicated team, covering the

South East UK

Competitive Salary Package:

Start with a basic salary of between 37,500 and 44,000, dependant on experience

The Role

Responsibilities Include:

? Surveying of properties, and completion of reports.

? Liaise with clients.

? Ventilation cleaning.

? Fire damper testing and maintenance.

? Identify remedial work that needs to be completed.

? Complete fire damping testing.

? Complete reporting via VentCheck.

? Liaise with subcontractors on site, highlighting potential remedial works.

? Complete accurate timesheets breaking down working hours and submit for review to the senior contract manager for review and approval.

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years experience as a supervisor working on fire damper maintenance and ventilation cleaning.

? Be able to pass BPSS high security clearance vetting

? Fire damper training within the last 2 years

? BESA or NAADUK training courses need to have been completed within the last 2 years.

? Besa or NAADUK ventilation training in the last 2 years.
