Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Retrofit Tutor and assessor to join our team and provide educational support to Learners completing the Level 3 DEA & Level 3 RA. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve academic success and reach their full potential in domestic retrofit techniques, energy efficiency and sustainable building practices.
Upcoming course
2 weeks to deliver Retrofit assessor L3 and 2 weeks to deliver Domestic energy assessor L3
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to Learners Tailor teaching methods to suit individual learning styles Assist Learners in understanding subject material and completing assignments Create engaging and interactive learning experiences Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed Assess Learner portfolios and feedback as required Liaise with the IQA to ensure good quality work is submitted
Skills & Experience
Experience in the Retrofit sector and hold a current qualification in DEA and Ra is essential.
Holding AET Level 3 or higher or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
Be able to commute to and from the campuses of our partner institutions in Watford and Enfield.
Holding enhanced DBS or willing to go through the enhanced DBS checks
Previous experience in tutoring and assessing is desirable Strong communication skills to effectively interact with Learners of all ages Ability to motivate and inspire Learners to excel academically Patience and empathy when working with learners facing challengesJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Zero hours contract
Pay: 200.00 per day
