Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting individuals to take control of their finances and reduce debt? Citizens Advice York is seeking a dedicated and experienced Outreach Debt Caseworker to join our Debt Team. This is a key role delivering high quality debt advice to clients across the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, client centred debt management advice in line with Citizens Advice standards. Manage a varied caseload with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency. Work closely with the Debt Team Manager to support service delivery and contribute to reporting requirements for both Citizens Advice and external funders.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
At least 12 months of recent experience delivering debt advice. Qualified as a Debt Relief Order Intermediary. Confidence working both independently and collaboratively within a team. A strong commitment to empowering clients and improving lives through high quality debt support.

Contract length: 18 months
Pay: 27,938.09-29,640.95 per year
