Duties

Engage with clients via phone and email to discuss outstanding debts and payment arrangements. Analyse financial records and account details to identify discrepancies and develop effective recovery strategies. Utilise accounting software to track payments, update client information, and maintain accurate records. Conduct data entry tasks to ensure all interactions and transactions are documented correctly. Employ telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential clients regarding overdue accounts. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while communicating with clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve debt recovery processes.

Requirements

Proven experience in financial services or accounts payable is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess financial situations effectively. Proficiency in accounting software for data management and reporting purposes. Excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating professionalism in all communications. Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles is an advantage. Ability to perform accurate data entry with attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
