About the Role
Join our team at Ardent Credit Services as a Debt Recovery Agent and help customers get back on track with their finances.
You'll be the voice of support and understanding, providing excellent service while finding fair and practical solutions.
We're expanding our team and looking for compassionate, motivated individuals who can build rapport quickly and handle conversations with care and confidence.
What you'll do
Communicate with customers by phone to understand their situation and agree affordable repayment solutions
Provide clear information and guidance to help customers take positive steps forward.
Work within regulatory guidelines maintaining professionalism and empathy at all times.
Meet performance goals while ensuring every customer is treated fairly and with respect and understanding.
About you
excellent verbal and written communication
Confident and professional telephone manner
Strong listening and negotiation skills with the ability to find the right outcome
Calm and resilient under pressure, with good problem-solving ability
Minimum 1 year experience in collections, customer service, or a related field
Working Hours
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm.
Although we have no immediate plans to change our working hours, we may at some point in the future return to the original shift pattern which is an alternating 2-week shift of Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm and 10am - 7pm and 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, 9am - 2pm
