Due to ongoing growth, we're looking for an experienced

Debt Recovery Agent

to join our busy, supportive team. If you enjoy variety, working with people, and making a real impact -- we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Respond to emails and answer inbound calls from customers, businesses, and clients Make outbound calls to recover outstanding debts in a fair and professional way Negotiate payment plans and help customers find the best solutions when they can't pay in full Build trust and rapport with customers during sometimes challenging conversations Deliver excellent customer service Stay organised and manage your workload efficiently

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in debt recovery, collections or a similar role Knowledge of B2B collections (essential) Confident communication and negotiation skills A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Good attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied environment Strong listening skills, understanding vulnerable customers and how you can support them.
