Debt Recovery Liaison Analyst - Permanent, Full Time, Hoddesdon based Salary: \xc2\xa322,000 - \xc2\xa324,000 (dependent on experience) Due to an internal move, one of the UK\xe2\x80\x99s largest Residential Property Management companies, RMG, has an exciting opportunity for a Debt Recovery Liaison Analyst based in Hoddesdon (EN11 0DR), Monday to Friday. You will support the Debt Recovery Team Leader in providing efficient services to the Back Office and Property managers. What are some of the things our Debt Recovery Liaison Analyst will be doing?

• Control and manage the relationship with Property Managers.
• Plan, organise and schedule quarterly meetings with Property Managers to include a review of all debt on hold.
• Ensure all operational problems are rapidly analysed and resolved so there is minimum business impact.
• Reporting to include identifying trends, potential problems and opportunities and propose and implement ways in which performance can be improved.
• Contribute as required to the definition of targets, standards and service levels to ensure these meet the needs both of RMG and the customer.
• Participate as required in the development, maintenance of procedures, systems and processes to support effective delivery of operational activities and manage the effective implementation of and changes and development into the work of the team.
• Resolve customer queries and issues escalated from the Property Managers further escalating significant problems as appropriate and identifying and highlighting trends/emerging issues to enable their early resolution and to report findings.
• Liaise with and respond to queries and issues escalated from external Debt Collect solicitors further escalating significant problems as appropriate and identifying and highlighting trends/emerging issues to enable their early resolution and to report findings
• Provide support as required to other teams and team managers to support the effective functioning of the business unit.

What skills and experience will help you to be a successful Debt Recovery Analyst?

• Previous experience within a Credit Control or Debt Recovery role
• Experience and enjoyment of working within a fast paced environment
• Demonstrable experience of working to SLA\'s and to set timeframes
• Ability to build collaborative working relationships
• Strong analytical skills, with a solid attention to detail
• Advanced level Excel Skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision making
• You\'ll be super organised and a confident problem solver
• Great communicate skills, both written and verbal, with previous office admin experience
• You\xe2\x80\x99ll be confident using Microsoft Outlook and Excel to intermediate-advanced level; and the ability to pick up new systems quickly is key!
