Job Description


We\'re looking for a DEI Project Coordinator to join our team in London as part of our Management function.

Your Role: You\'ll be the driving force behind diversity, inclusion, and equality at LIONS. Working alongside the VP of diversity, equity, and inclusion, you\'ll be instrumental in turning our vision into action. From planning to completing impactful projects, you\'ll be at the forefront of promoting a more inclusive and equitable workplace/festival

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management of DEI related activities.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the VP of DEI.
  • Managing data and tracking milestones.
  • Preparing reports & communications.
  • Research industry trends and relevant DEI resources.
  • You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced
Your Experience
  • Previous experience in project management desired but not required
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Proactiveness
  • Google Workspace - helpful but not required
  • Passion for diversity, equity and inclusion
