About the Role

We are seeking a tenacious, target-driven

Delegate Engagement Executive

to join our growing events team. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential attendees into confirmed delegates for our free-to-attend and sponsored conferences. This is a proactive sales role that requires a confident communicator who thrives on hitting targets and building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research

potential delegates using online tools, databases and networking channels.

Initiate outbound outreach

via phone, email and LinkedIn to promote events and convert interest into bookings.

Manage and nurture

a sales pipeline of leads from initial contact through to confirmed registration.

Meet and exceed

delegate acquisition targets and KPIs.

Maintain accurate records

of communication and sales activity using the CRM system. Work closely with sponsorship, marketing and operations teams to align messaging and audience targeting.

Provide regular feedback

on lead quality and market trends to inform campaign strategy.

About You

Proven experience in a sales role is preferable A natural communicator - persuasive, professional and confident on the phone and in writing Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic Resilient and persistent, able to handle objections and keep momentum Organised and comfortable working independently, and managing multiple leads
