Kinetic Alliance is a family run B2B events company, based in Bristol. Our core service is facilitating dinner events for our clients, where we connect them with high value prospects from their targeted accounts. Outside of dinner events, we also run virtual events and in-person day events.
Due to our growth, we are looking for an articulate and bright executive to join our delegate acquisition team. Experience is great, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
The fundamental responsibility as a Delegate Sales Executive is to acquire C-level and Director-level executives, across Europe and the US, from leading enterprises to take part in our bespoke evening dinner engagements, which are held throughout the year in various locations across Europe and North America.
It is vital to be able to comprehensively research target companies to better understand their focus and goals within their given market. The candidate must be confident speaking to C-Suite level and building client rapport which in turn generates sales and lasting personal client relationships.
The candidate should be familiar and confident using various marketing sources such as LinkedIn, emails & cold calling to outreach to prospects. Being self-motivated and target driven will allow the ideal candidate to thrive in this fast-paced sales environment.

Required skills and experience
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Identifies business opportunities by in-depth research and identifying prospects
Provide quality service by establishing and enforcing Kinetic Alliance standards
Professional and confident telephone manner speaking to C- Suite executives
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve personal targets to increase commission earned
The ability to build excellent client rapport
Must be results orientated and extremely target driven in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage and prioritise workload in a time effective way
