The purpose of this vacancy is to provide support and administration for the Lancashire Terrorism team with particular focus on the delegated underwriting portfolio.

Specific Responsibilities

Set-up system records and maintain underwriting systems and controls including LIPPS General spreadsheet work including statistics and data analysis and generation of reports Credit Control, Bordereaux and EPI process management Work in collaboration with DU Team and Exposure Management in order to obtain and provide any required information Identify and investigate queries and liaise with brokers as directed to resolve issues as necessary Assist with ad hoc projects and research work as required in support of the wider team Coverholder relationship management including offsite visits and training Broker Networking

Essential Skills & Requirements

A good level of formal education Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word (intermediate) Excellent attention to detail, self-discipline and time management Good verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic Team player Ability to work flexibly to meet business needs including extended hours if required.
