: Delegated Claims Assistant
How does this role contribute to our collective success?
AXIS has a regulatory obligation to ensure that third party companies comply with minimum standards for the handling of claims where there is a Delegated Claims Authority (DCA). The role is to assist the Claims team to fulfil this obligation.
What will you do in this role?Assisting colleagues with the completion of third-party due diligence Review, analysis and reporting of third-party performance Co-ordination of third-party audit scheduling Issuance and tracking to closure of audit recommendations Production and analysis of information required for internal governance meetings Input, maintain and monitor the DCA Register and records in other IT platforms Prepare and update third party contracts and schedules for Third Party Administrators (TPAs) and Coverholders Assist colleagues in their third-party performance oversight duties

You may also be required to take on additional duties, responsibilities and activities appropriate to the nature of this role.

What you need to have:Progress towards CII qualifications an advantage but not essential Previous experience within the insurance industry an advantage but not essential
