Deli Assistant
Job Description
We are looking for a Part Time Deli Assistant to join our team in-store!
The ideal candidate for this position has a background and interest in the food retail industry, and will work well in a team environment. The candidate should be confident interacting with customers and other staff members. A successful candidate will show initiative and the ability to learn quickly, as well as an interest in becoming proficient in all aspects of deli operations.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and provide outstanding service.
Prepare and package deli items in accordance with company and customer standards.
Prepare hot foods to order, in accordance with customer specifications
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene by implementing a clean as you go policy
Shifts will be daytime and cover weekdays and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
