Deli / Hot Food Supervisor

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Kenny's Randalstown Store.

If you are a person who can lead an effective and efficient team to provide exceptional customer service and daily hot food / deli offering, then we want to hear from you.

Hours 6am to 3pm (based on a rota - Monday to Saturday)

Hourly rate based on experience

What you'll do in this role:

You will have a hands-on role in managing and preparing the hot food / deli instore. Your role is to provide an attractive, high quality daily offering of deli/food to go in store. You will be responsible for a small deli team in all aspects of the deli from staff training, stock ordering; preparation; presentation and customer service ensuring at all times the highest level of health, safety and hygiene standards.

What we are looking for in our Supervisors / Team Leaders

You will need to have previous experience of team leader or supervising a small team; working in and managing a busy retail food to go/kitchen environment with a good working knowledge of health, safety and hygiene responsibilities; a flair for cooking, delivering consistent high quality food and customer service.

Hot food / deli preparation, cooking and display experience

Experience in managing a small team

Experience of training and mentoring new staff

Level 2 food hygiene.

Knowledge and experience of working to HACCP policies and documentation

A "can do" attitude

Experienced in driving high quality products / daily specials to generate sales

Extremely customer focused
