We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Deli Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food , with experience in food production and preparation. As a Deli Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the quality and presentation of our deli products. This position requires a blend of cooking skills and customer service expertise, making it perfect for those with a background in convenience retail.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of Deli items, including breakfast and lunch from the Hot food counter and salads, sandwiches, wraps and baguettes from our Deli counter. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the deli area. Assist customers by providing knowledgeable recommendations and answering queries about products. Ensure all food items are displayed attractively and replenished as needed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Manage staff fostering a collaborative team environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Leadership abilities to supervise staff effectively and maintain team morale. Experience in food production or preparation within a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
