About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Deli Manager to lead the daily operations of Le Deli Robuchon. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager, you will oversee the deli's service, product quality, team performance, and guest experience, ensuring that every detail reflects the Robuchon standard of excellence.

Key responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the deli, ensuring smooth service and impeccable presentation.*
Lead, motivate, and train the deli team to deliver outstanding guest service.*
Ensure all products meet brand quality standards, from preparation to display.*
Oversee stock levels, ordering, and waste management to maintain efficiency and profitability.*
Support the Assistant General Manager with operational planning, scheduling, and team development.*
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.*
Handle guest feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience and continuous improvement.*

About you

Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within high-end deli, cafe, or hospitality environments.*
Passion for premium food, artisanal products, and exceptional guest service.*
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.*
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.*
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.*
A proactive, hands-on approach with a genuine desire to uphold Robuchon's standards of excellence.*
