Contract: FTC 18 Months.

Working hours: 35 hours per week is full time.

Salary: 75,850 - 92,196 depending on experience.

Location : London Dockland.

Reporting to: Head of Central Support

The Central Support team plays a key role in enabling this change. We bring delivery expertise and organisational insight to unblock challenges, co-design solutions, and drive progress across the Modernising Redress workstreams.


We're entering a pivotal phase of transformation following our recent Call for Input. Our goal is to modernise redress by delivering a more efficient, accessible dispute resolution service.


As Delivery & Change Lead, your role is central to keeping this momentum. You coordinate delivery, shape plans, and ensure priorities stay on trackaEUR"blending strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Success depends on your ability to navigate the detail, influence stakeholders, and keep things moving with pace and purpose.


What You'll Do:



Monitor, track and report on progress across the workstreams - identifying risks, blockers, and interdependencies Lead the development of business cases and options for future phases of delivery Manage overall resource planning, including the coordination of internal capacity and external support Lead the oversight of any professional services (e.g. consultants, external advisers), acting as the main day-to-day contact Track and manage budgets for all delivery-related resources, ensuring value for money and spend against plan Create and maintain delivery artefacts (e.g. trackers, timelines, action logs) in a way that's useful and enables decisions Support the rhythm of delivery by preparing updates, enabling decisions, and connecting the dots across workstreams Build strong working relationships across enabling functions and senior stakeholders Support the implementation of decisions and changes - not just the planning of them
To be considered for this role, you'll need to show us that you've got the skills and capabilities. You'll have to meet the following minimum criteria:

Minimum Criteria



Extensive experience managing or leading complex delivery in change, reform, or transformation, ideally in a regulatory environment setting A learning mindset - you pick things up quickly and want to understand the work, not just manage it Strong coordination and organisational skills in a planning context - able to manage multiple moving parts and prepare papers for C-Suite A sharp eye for the detail, but always aware of the bigger picture Confidence in working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and incomplete information Comfort working with numbers - experience managing budgets, building simple plans and business cases Excellent communication and influencing skills - able to keep people aligned and moving forward Project management qualification e.g. APM, Prince2
