Propak Sheet Metal Ltd has been a leader in precision sheet metal work since 1977. We are currently looking for a 7.5T Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our growing team.

Job details

This is a hands-on, varied role that includes making deliveries to our customers (including regular routes into London) and assisting with warehouse work when returning from the deliveries. The role includes:

Loading and unloading of vehicles. Picking and packing goods Tidying and clearing factory Booking out goods Assist with allocating stock items in to pallet racking. General lifting and loading of pallets. Organise courier collections and deliveries. General assembly work

Requirements

Previous commercial driving experience in 7.5 tonne lorry Previous experience driving lorries in London CPC valid qualification Excellent English language skills Knowledge of FORS requirements Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling goods safely Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is advantageous. Counter balance or Reach Forklift license is desirable but not essential
