We are seeking a professional and customer-focused delivery Driver to join our team. As the face of our company on the road, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and secure deliveries to our customers. The role goes beyond transportation - it's about delivering a best-in-class customer experience, handling products with care, and representing Liberty Wines with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities



Delivery and Warehouse



Loading vehicles daily Loading own van making sure deliveries are organised and packed safely Deliver multiple orders using a company van, following the schedule and returning to the depot at the end of the day Handle deliveries with extra care and attention Collect items from customers and ensure the necessary details are logged accurately Record delivery and collection information fully and correctly Ensure delivery paperwork is completed and returned on time Pick and pack orders in the warehouse when required Flexibility to work from our Clapham, London site as needed

Timely & Safe Deliveries



Ensure accurate and punctual deliveries to our customers, handling products with the utmost care Following guidance of the Driver Handbook

Vehicle Maintenance



Manage vehicle maintenance and housekeeping, ensuring our fleet is always in top condition Maintain comprehensive records, including incident reports and performance metrics

Customer Services Excellence



Greet customers warmly and professionally, providing excellent service during deliveries
Represent Liberty Wines by reflecting our values of quality and passion for fine wines



Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor to support the team and operations

Health & Safety and Compliance



Always adhere to the Highway code and road safety regulations Perform daily vehicle checks Follow the Driver's Handbook and conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance Work in accordance with company H&S policies and procedures Actively participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and safety

About you



Friendly, approachable, and helpful personality Punctual with excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail when following loading, delivery, and collection instructions, and excellent ability to follow instructions accurately Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic Exceptional team player with strong communication skills, both with customers and colleagues In-depth knowledge of the Home Counties, London, and surrounding areas Willingness to work overtime when required
