We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to our customers. Flexibility in working days throughout the week is essential to accommodate fluctuations in supply and demand.

Duties

Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including delivery times and any issues encountered. Communicate effectively with staff regarding delivery schedules and any changes. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient loading processes and inventory management. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a delivery driver is preferred, with a strong understanding of driving regulations. A valid driver's licence is essential; a commercial driving licence is advantageous. Experience in warehouse operations is beneficial, particularly in loading and unloading goods. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during deliveries. Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
