Role Overview
You will be responsible for collecting and delivering laundry, wash-dry-fold orders, commercial linen, and dry-cleaning items. The role requires excellent timekeeping, good communication skills, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Complete scheduled collections and deliveries in and around Bradford
Provide excellent customer service at every stop
Handle all items with care, including loading/unloading and correct labelling
Use a mobile app for routes, order updates, and delivery confirmations
Assist with minor in-store tasks if needed
Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy
Report any delays or issues promptly
Requirements
Full UK driving licence (clean/minimal points preferred)
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Able to lift laundry bags and handle garments safely
Basic smartphone/app knowledge
Previous delivery experience is helpful but not essential
