Job Description

As a Delivery Driver at Papa John's, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and with a smile. You'll be responsible for safely delivering our delicious pizzas and other menu items to customers' doorsteps in a timely manner. Our Delivery Drivers are not only representatives of our brand but also provide excellent customer service, making every interaction with our customers a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver orders promptly to customers' homes, businesses, or other designated locations. Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting customers upon delivery, answering any questions they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with their order. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles, including routine maintenance checks. Adhere to Papa John's uniform and grooming standards at all times. During slower delivery periods, assist with various in-store tasks, such as preparing orders, washing dishes, and restocking supplies. Follow Papa John's policies and procedures regarding food safety, cleanliness, and security.
Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays as needed. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
