The Role:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team in Keighley. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring time and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond for our customers.

Role Responsibilities:

Driving on your designated route with between 30-50 drops.

Use a handheld device to follow assigned routes, update delivery statuses, and capture proof of delivery.

Work closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Service Team to ensure smooth deliveries.

Provide exceptional customer service at every drop.

Conducting vehicle checks and following health and safety regulations.

Supporting the rest of your colleagues to ensure the warehouse and Depot are running efficiently and smoothly

Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.

Follow all road safety regulations and company procedures.

Skills & Attributes:

Full UK driving licence (Must Have)

Multi-drop Experience (Must Have)

A customer-first attitude with a friendly and professional approach.

Strong time-management and organisational skills.

Comfortable using a handheld device for navigation and order management.

Physically fit to handle loading and unloading of goods.
